In a webinar hosted by Oxford’s Low Carbon Hub, Professor Malcolm McCulloch spoke about the transition to an energy system centred around renewable energy generation.
He focused on the role of local energy capacity within this system, with reference to project LEO (local Energy Oxfordshire).
