In this short video,  Prof Malcolm McCulloch gives an introduction of how we can adopt the lean start-up concept of Eric Ries and apply it to energy systems, in order to explore a sustainable low carbon local energy future. This is one of the ideas being explored in the project called LEO: Local Energy Oxfordshire.
